January 27th, 4:00 p.m. - Last day to drop any/all classes with full refund. 
January 28th - Tuition due or payment plans established
January 31st - MyTech access disabled for students with unpaid tuition and no payment plan established.
February 7th - Financial aid/scholarship overages available on or after.
