Description

Students will be introduced to basic GPS principles including GPS corrections, constellations, navigation and primary industry uses. Students will have hands on experience with different data collection techniques using tablets and Trimble GPS devices. Once an aptitude is gained for the GPS, the course will continue onto the manipulation of the data using GIS programs.
