Description
Students are given the task of assisting with the MTI Land Lab. Decisions regarding ground preparation, planting, cultivating, spraying, harvesting, crop adjusting and marketing are all incorporated into the curriculum. In addition, students will work with the daily operations of a beef herd. Students will also
work with the daily operations, health care, management and equipment used in a beef herd.
