Description
This course focuses on the subject of influence and its application and effect on leadership. Participants will take and apply the Influence Style Indicator (ISI) and interpret the results. Recognizing the skills and characteristics of effective leaders requires motivating others, creating an inspiring vision, as well as influencing people to support and work towards goals. Developing courage through trust management is an integral part of this process.
