Understanding that creating a corporate culture consists of weaving together a variety of ever-changing organizational components. A focus will be on: Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs; Changing with Changing Times; Conflict Resolution/Management; Critical Thinking & Problem Solving; Decision Making; Effective Communication; and Feedback Essentials.
