LAST DAY TO WITHDRAW
Thursday, May 29th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. is the deadline to withdraw with a full refund of charges. You can start this process in the Center for Student Success.
TUITION AND FEES DUE
All tuition bills are due or a payment plan must be set up on Friday, May 30th.

Graduates were asked to follow a QR code to set up notifications and facial recognition at line up in the armory on graduation dy. If you didn’t get the QR code at line up and are not able to find your photos, please reach out to the photographer for instructions. The contact information is posted on the link.
SUSPENSION APPEALS/MISSING COURSE SCHEDULES:
If your Career GPA is below 2.0 after the Spring semester and your summer and/or fall semester course schedule is removed, that may mean you need to appeal a suspension. Please look for an email from Danita Lucas sent on May 14th for instructions for appeal. Contact Danita with any questions you may have.
MTC SUMMER HOURS
Mitchell Tech goes to summer hours (Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) on Monday, May 19th.
Student Success Coaches (Daryl Bird, Mateya Berg, and Ben Goeman) will be out of office from varying dates in May until August 1st, however, Danita Lucas and Jessica Deinert are on campus and available throughout the summer.
IMPORTANT DATES
May 29th - Last day to drop any/all classes with full refund
May 30th - All tuition and fees are due
On/After June 6th - Refund of financial aid overage/account overage
June 19th - Juneteenth (No on campus classes, buildings closed)
June 27th - Midterm
July 4th - Independence Day (No on campus classes, buildings closed)
July 7th - Last day to withdraw from Mitchell Tech with partial refund of charges
July 28th - Last day to withdraw (no refund of charges, W on transcript)
August 8th - Summer semester ends
